Conference Registration Fee for participants & students:

  • The registration fee includes admission to all Technical Programs, Conference materials, lunches(3days), and coffee-breaks

  • Student conference banquet requires additional fee

    • Students from Taiwan requires 2,500 NTD
    • International Student requires 80 USD

  • 臺灣學生因有政府補助，另享報名費優惠。Taiwanese students receive registration fee discounts due to government subsidies.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellation of registration will be accepted by the deadline of July 31, 2024 (GMT+8), will receive a refund minus a 10 percent administrative fee. Registrants canceling on or after August 1, 2024 (GMT+8) will not receive a refund. All refunds will be processed after the conference has concluded.

(If you need to cancel your registration due to visa issues preventing you from coming to Taiwan, there will be no deadline for requesting a refund.)
